The authorities have released arrivals of exiles on the island of Lesbos for the year 2014: 11,000 people, 3,700 in 2013. This information confirms what has been seen over the year : strengthening controls at the land border between Turkey and Greece, as well as between Turkey and Bulgaria, brings the exiles to borrow the seaway most importantly, between Turkey and the Greek Islands, like Lesbos, but also by the Black Sea to Romania or from Turkey and Cyprus to Italy.
